Spent two days at the Waldorf School in Brno running Lifemusic workshops for children. Also ran one for parents on Monday evening. Doinjg lifemusic in czech and with czech people feels quite different. The children were incredibly lively and some of them were hesitant. But mostly they participated with a sense of adventure and a lot of energy. The parents workshop was more meditative and thoughtful. The most effective improvisation of the evening came when we all followed the quietist instrument in the room - finger cymbals.
