Join us to mark the cycles of the year through music generated in an atmosphere of relaxation, trust and imagination: soundplay, voicework, humming, drumming and shared experience. Each workshop is themed to coincide with the traditions and archetypes of the calendar.
As always, no previous experience of music making is required though Lifemusic is also beneficial for trained musicians wishing to renew their relationship with their art.
Lifemusic provides a unique method for creating music out of ideas, images, stories and feelings. It is based around improvisation, employing a stress free approach which is often surprising and always life enhancing.
There are no right or wrong notes in Lifemusic, simply the sounds which you choose freely to play which become the heart of the music.
